What We Look For.

What you need

Valid Class A CDL, held at least 2 years
Verifiable over-the-road experience
At least 23 years old
No major or DOT-recordable accidents or serious moving violations in the last 24 months
Able to pass a DOT drug test, physical and background check

What lanes do you run?

We run nationwide.

How much will I earn?

Our company drivers earn between 55¢ and 70¢ a mile, depending on their driving record, and run an average of 3,000 miles a week. Owner operators get transparent settlements with no forced freight. Your recruiter will go over the numbers for your program before you sign anything.

When and how am I paid?

Every week, by direct deposit. No surprises, no games with miles.

How often will I be home?

Tell us when you need to be home, and your driver manager plans your loads around it. Your recruiter will be straight with you about what fits your driving style.

What kind of freight will I haul?

Dry van freight. It’s our specialty, and we run it nationwide.

Is there a sign-on bonus?

Yes: $1,000 for company drivers. Your recruiter will explain how and when it’s paid.

Do I need trucking experience?

Yes. We hire experienced drivers: a Class A CDL held for at least 2 years and verifiable over-the-road experience. Not quite there yet? You’re always welcome to apply, and we’ll take a look at your application.

I had an accident or a ticket. Can I still apply?
