How optional Cheetah Trucking text messages work, including frequency, costs, help, and opt-out.
Cheetah Trucking Inc. (“Cheetah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer an optional SMS text messaging program for people who expressly agree to receive texts from us. Program messages may be sent by Cheetah or an authorized messaging provider acting on our behalf.

The specific types of messages you receive depend on the consent provided. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, submitting an application, or purchasing transportation services.
Where an SMS sign-up option is available, you may opt in by entering your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox or by following another clearly
disclosed enrollment process.
At enrollment, the consent notice identifies Cheetah, describes the message types, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. Simply providing a phone number or submitting a general inquiry does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring promotional texts.
If we offer more than one category of messages, your permission applies only to the categories you choose. We may retain consent details, such as the date, source, and language of the opt-in, to honor your preferences.
Message frequency varies based on your requests, the status of a driver application, scheduling needs, or the type of SMS program you selected. You may receive more messages while actively discussing an application or service request and fewer when no action is pending.
We do not promise a fixed number of messages. You can discontinue program texts at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.
Message and data rates may apply to texts sent to or from your mobile device, depending on your wireless plan and carrier. Any charges imposed by your provider are your responsibility.
Contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about messaging charges or your plan. Access to the SMS program may depend on network coverage, device compatibility, and carrier restrictions.
To stop receiving messages from the applicable Cheetah SMS program, reply STOP to any program text. You may also use other commonly recognized opt-out words, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
After your request is processed, you may receive one final confirmation text. We will not resume that program unless you provide new consent. You can also request to stop messages by contacting us through the details shown below.
Opting out of optional recruiting or marketing texts does not change a separately documented business or employment relationship. Any further messages must have an independent lawful basis.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every text will reach every recipient.
We use the mobile number you provide and related messaging records to deliver the SMS program, handle replies, document consent, and process opt-out requests. Authorized SMS service providers may process this information solely to support those functions.
